Mr. Lesly Mathew is an MHA postgraduate (B.A, B.Ph from Nagpur University) from Alva’s college of Hospital Administration, Mangalore which is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
Currently, he is the project lead for the South India region, Isos Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. He is trained and has the department’s exposure in various hospitals and medical colleges around Mangalore namely, KS Hegde medical college, Father Mullers medical college, A J Shetty medical college, Yenepoya among others. He is a proven team leader. He is also trained in BLS and ACLS, and infection control practices. He has exposure to hospital planning and feasibility analysis and has an interest in department planning in hospitals. Being a part of the management team as PRO and NIGHT ADMIN at Unity Hospital, Mangalore he had several opportunities to deepen the knowledge of functional aspects of the hospital, which later turned out to be an illuminating factor for quality assurance implementations in hospitals. There he had the opportunity to take part in the quality standards implementations for NABH. Presently he is assisting over 75+ hospitals with various accreditations, NABH accreditation, PAEL NABH accreditation, ECO NABH accreditation at Isos Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.
